The Kiwanis Club of Westfield’s 10th Annual “To Serve and Protect Park of Honor” will open November 7 on the Westfield Middle School lawn, 30 West Silver Street. As in past years, hundreds of U.S. flags will honor active duty military and veterans past and present, as well as police officers, firefighters, and other first responders. To honor a loved one, download an order form here. The cost to honor someone with a flag is $35, or $125 for four, and participants are invited to take their flags home after the park closes on Nov. 28. Flag orders must be received by Oct. 24, 2026 As always, proceeds from flag sales will provide summer camp scholarships for children and grandchildren of veterans and first responders.
